Created in 2014, FIPE specialises in the manufacturing of metallic structures and boiler units. It is one of the business divisions of the French industrial group IWF. Based in China’s Shandong province, FIPE is located in the city of Rushan. The choice of this location provides FIPE with proximity to customers, which is essential to the development of its business. It is actually located near major roadways and only 2 hours from Quingdao and Yantai.
A specialised manufacturer focused on ensuring the quality of each of the projects that it supports, FIPE has EN1090-2+A1:2011 EXC3 qualification. The site includes 2,000 m² of office space and 15,000 m² of covered workshop space. With a height of 16 meters and a hoisting capacity of 100 tons, the workshop is divided into 4 halls:
- 1 hall for material storage, preparation and throughput, pre-fabrication of metal frame components.
- 3 halls for boilers, mechanized welding, and the assembly of finished parts.
- A 100 m long loading dock is located just in front of the central hall. It can receive boats in order to load and ship large finished components.
